Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role as Full-time Flex Houseparents: two married individuals reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for groups of 8–13 students; responsibilities include medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; initial nine-on/three-off schedule, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home; relocation benefits and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
