Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions and Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person, married-couple role
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working with youth
- Ability to reside in on-campus homes and follow a working schedule (nine consecutive days on, three days off)
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
