Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
