PA/Caregiver

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and relocation assistance with paid training. Requires a legally married two-spouse partnership for consideration; both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies.
