Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, a two-person married couple role providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/twelve-off cycle leading to a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, a long-term married partnership, and a high school diploma or GED; requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; role includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Comfort leading devotions and attending Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Prohibited while on duty: alcohol on campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
