PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, and managing household routines. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in time. Schedule initially involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. To be considered, both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
