PA/Caregiver

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students in a student home. They provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and housing reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/utilities covered during duty periods. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and both must complete individual applications.
