Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent Houseparent role. Benefits include housing, meals, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for a two-year marriage between spouses who are at least 27 years old. Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
