Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, guidance, and care for a cohort of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent over time. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse/married couple must complete individual employment applications
- Morals-compatible with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
