PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person, married-couple role located on-campus in Hershey, PA. The position serves a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning/developing developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and gradually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student home.
