Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of about 8–13 students. Duties include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with same students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; the role includes on-campus housing and meals while on duty; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires experience with youth, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid US driver's license, and completion of individual employment applications by both spouses. Salary is $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits.”,
