Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role on a school campus: married couples reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) to provide daily supervision, mentorship, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotional and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. The position transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed-houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Includes relocation assistance and paid training. Salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple with benefits).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
