Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel activities, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eligible to transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete independent applications for consideration.
