Job Summary
Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, living in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee household routines, and report on budgeting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
Additional Requirements
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- No alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
