PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes; provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and devotional/Chapel involvement; initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent with same group of students; benefits include housing, meals, healthcare, retirement plans, relocation assistance, and paid training; requires two-year marriage, both spouses age 27+, HS diploma/GED, clean campus conduct, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and ability to lead Christian devotional activities.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse married couple
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
