Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students, including medication administration, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions; the role progresses from nine-on/three-off to a placed houseparent with same student group, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must be actively employed together, and must be legally married for at least two years, with both individuals over 27, holding a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel services
