Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental activities, and participate in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine days on, three off, with eventual placement in a single student home; includes relocation assistance and paid training.
