PA/Caregiver

Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and 27+ years old; family must be two-person team; on-campus housing provided as part of compensation.
