PA/Caregiver

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and religious activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, student schedules, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; total compensation for the couple is approximately $168,000 with housing and benefits included.
