PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role residing on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School. Couples supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, and drive students to activities. Responsibilities include planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to obtain required certifications; both spouses must apply individually. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Location is Hershey, PA (with Rockledge, PA as a secondary verified location). Proselytizing prohibited; smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
