Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, administer medications, coordinate schedules and activities, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and assist with budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement, with on-site housing included. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, and a commitment to a faith-informed, smoke- and weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse couple position
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Additional Requirements
- Married couples only; two-year marriage minimum
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
