PA/Caregiver

PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Couples reside with a group of 8–13 students, provide care, supervision, planning of activities, and support for students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and transitions into a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a legally married two-person team (both spouses age 27+), valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus, with limited pet allowances.
