PA/Caregiver

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents role on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for about 8–13 students, manage routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting, household reporting, and a path from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off toward a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires two-spouse, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED; ability to drive student vans; adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; ability to lead students in devotions and chapel services.
