Job Summary
Milton Hershey School seeks a married-couple team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
