Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, training, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism; ability to lead devotions and chapel services
