PA/Caregiver

Two-person married-couple position as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential school setting. Live in on-campus homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, attending Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
