PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time caregiver role for married couples to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, transportation to activities, development of routines, and spiritual/chapel activities for groups of approximately 8–13 students. The role evolves from an initial nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation is per person, with total couple compensation around $168,000 when including housing and benefits. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses submitting separate applications. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. Candidates must be prepared to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, and participate in ongoing training and a smoke-free, weapon-free campus environment. Duties include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, budgeting, and reporting for student homes.
