PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Work pattern starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768; total ~$168,000 per couple with housing/meal benefits), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a two-year married status, age 27+, up to three dependent children, a valid U.S. driver's license with van-driving certification ability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
