Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, faith-based campus expectations, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; total couple compensation ~ $168,000. This is a two-person role for legally married couples, both spouses must apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, two-person role; both spouses must apply separately
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
