PA/Caregiver

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires both spouses to apply individually for consideration; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans are required; high school diploma or GED is required; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
