PA/Caregiver role for Married-Couple Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Two-person live-in caregiving positions in on-campus student homes for ~8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation to activities, development/recreational planning, daily devotions, and budgeting/reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment.
