Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for a group of about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, planning and leading activities, driving students to activities, coordinating household routines, budgeting and reporting, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Must be a legally married couple; both spouses must be age 27 or older and each must complete an individual employment application. High school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Location: Monessen, PA, USA.
