Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Arcadia, FL, to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, and coordinate budgeting and reporting. Two-spouse, married-couple position with on-campus housing, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually and be 27+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to relocate to Arcadia, FL (on-campus housing)
