PA/Caregiver

Two-person, married-couple Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent position living with the same group of students in their home. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions.
