Job Summary
Full-time on-campus houseparent couple responsibilities in a student-home setting: provide daily supervision, mentorship, and structure for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Positions require two spouses who are legally married for at least two years to live and work in the same student home, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits offered. Training provided; role includes on-campus housing and 9-on/3-off schedule during initial placement, with progression to a placed houseparent living in their own student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations (fish and one dog of approved breeds)
