Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, guidance, and support to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years. Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
