Job Summary
Two-person married couple provides care, supervision, and development support to 8–13 students in on-campus homes; duties include daily supervision, medications administration, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Sunday chapel, budgeting, and reporting; schedule consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their home; relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing and meals during duty are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
