Job Summary
Two-person on-campus role providing supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day care for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising household routines, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with potential placement as a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a legally married couple, both aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
