PA/Caregiver

Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent team living in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role while living with the same student group. Responsibilities include driving, planning developmental and recreational activities, and fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary per person: $44,768 per year (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits).
