Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and plan activities, with duties including supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- driver's license
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- age 27 or older
- no more than three dependent children in home
- willingness to obtain driver certification for student vans
- comfort leading devotions and chapel services
