Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines and medications, coordinate activities and devotions, and oversee budgeting with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires care and guidance for students, ability to drive and accompany activities, and compliance with campus policies. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
