PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students in on-campus homes; duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; the role transitions to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home.
