PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in a student home in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and on-campus housing and meals.
