PA/Caregiver

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent couple on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must be age 27 or older and complete individual applications.
