PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Houseparents oversee budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-days-on duty followed by three days off, eventually transitioning to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-spouse, legally married-for-at-least-two-years requirement, both spouses aged 27+, eligibility to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and a High School diploma or GED.
