Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, PTO, and housing/meals on duty. Must be a legally married two-spouse pair for at least two years, both aged 27+, with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
