Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles residing on campus to supervise and care for groups of 8–13 students, providing mentorship, daily routines, transportation to activities, devotional leadership, budgeting and reporting. Initially nine-on/four-off schedule with planned transition to a placed houseparent role, requiring both spouses to apply individually. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; compensation stated per person with housing/ meals/ utilities included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage requirement for spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
