Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for roughly 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent when roles consolidate.
