PA/Caregiver

PA/Caregiver role for two-person, married-couple team to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation includes $44,768 per person (approx. $168k per couple with housing and benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training provided, plus comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include youth-related experience, high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-person team (both spouses 27+), driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to lead faith-based activities in a proselytizing-prohibited environment. This is a two-person, on-campus housing position with on-site responsibilities, required to apply jointly as a couple.
