PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same students. The role requires a legally married couple (each partner completing an individual application), both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty.
